Sometimes it's hard to imagine these rich scents just from the description.

That's why we created the Fragrance Guarantee, which gives you the opportunity to try these special fragrances in person. If one doesn't suit your taste, simply send it back and we'll refund the price, no questions asked.

So you can order without risk. Order and try all our fragrances!

How can you use the warranty?

 

  1. You will find a returns page on the website. We ask that you fill this out for us, because your feedback is important to us, and we also need technical information that is necessary for the return, such as the account number.
  2. If you are returning the candles, please package them carefully and mail them to us at the address on the completed form. Please make sure that the product is fragile during packaging. We can only take back unlit candles in original condition.
  3. After receiving the package, we will refund you the purchase price and the costs incurred in connection with the delivery within 14 days.

Please note the following regarding the warranty!

 

  1. Refunds are made by bank transfer. Refunds are only possible by bank transfer, so please enter your account number exactly.
  2. The deadline for requesting a refund starts within 14 days of receiving the product. If you would like to use the Fragrance Guarantee, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the product.
  3. We can only buy back unlit candles that are in their original condition.
  4. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. We are sorry, but we are unable to reimburse the costs incurred during the return.
